Most homes on North Captiva are set up with a reverse floor plan; four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry is located on the first floor. The second floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom with walk-in shower and dual shower heads. The third floor is a queen bedroom with half bathroom, couch and recliner.
Every level of the house features expansive decks; first and second floor are screened in. The third floor features a deck on the front of the house, perfect for watching the evening sunsets or sunbathing during the day!
